- All koftas fry on medium flame untill the brown.
- Put a pan on the gas and add two spoon oil and crakel jeera then add garlic onion paste and saute as well.
- Add salt and add all masala and stir as well.
- Now add tomato puri and saute as well again.
- Add water and boil it for ten minutes.
- Add koftas of serving time and garnish with paneer or coriander leaves.
- Enjoy with chapati.
