  1. Take 250 gm boiled peas
  2. Take 100 ml oil
  3. Get 150 gms coriander leaves or coriander fruit
  4. Take 1 medium sized onion
  5. Prepare 20 garlic cloves
  6. Get 4-5 boiled potatoes
  7. Take according to your taste salt

Nimona is a traditional side dish recipe of north India and is usually cooked in winter because of seasonal availability of fresh green peas. Nimona is nothing but a green pea curry. This dish can be easily prepared at home. Usually, this curry is enjoyed during the winter season as the supply of green peas is surplus.

Steps to make Nimona (pea curry):
  1. Just boiled the peas and potatoes in different pot,
  2. Peel the potatoes and grind your peas,
  3. Coriander leaves or coriander fruit,onion and 10garlic cloves,grind all these ingredients
  4. Put a pot on flame,heat the oil and add garlic cloves(cut in small pieces),fry it then add coriander,onion and garlic paste…
  5. Cook untill oil separate the mixture then add boiled potatoes cook for 2min then add peas paste and add some water.
  6. Add the salt according to your taste and boil the mixture untill 1boil.
