  7. put about 1/4 cup oil in skillet and cook meat until flour and meat are browned. put mixture in pressure cooker…
  8. mix both packets of mix with water… mix well… pour into the skillet that had meat in it… this will deglaze the skillet… pour into pc…
  9. set pc for 50 minutes…. build pressure on high then set on Med for 50 minutes…
  10. my pc is electric so I set it for BEEF ….50 minutes …
  11. it will turn itself to warm when its done….. RELEASE THE PRESSURE AND WAIT FOR IT TO FINISH…

  13. stir mixture … should be nice and thick…. can serve over rice… with biscuits… noodles…etc. though I'd probably decrease potatoes…..
