  1. First grind coriander leaves garlic ginger and chilli
  2. Grind the peas
  3. Heat oil add aesofotedia then add coriander paste and roast till oil separates
  4. In another pan heat oil add grinded peas and potatoes roast till oil separates
  5. After roasted mix both the mixture together add water and salt…..cover with lid and cook for another 15 minutes…….serve hot by adding ghee and rice and roti

This dish can be easily prepared at home. Usually, this curry is enjoyed during the winter season as the supply of green peas is surplus. Nimona can be enjoyed with roti as well as rice. You can make it as spicy as you want. It takes less than an hour to prepare.
