- Put oil in a pan. Heat it. Put mustard seeds and curry leaves. Now put grated ginger and garlic and then onion, tomato, potato and green chilli. Add turmeric and salt.
- Mix for atleast 2 mins. Let the veggies fry a little and then add poha. Add coriander leaves. Mix properly and cover the pan for 2 to 3 mins. Healthy and tasty poha are ready to serve.
