  2. Firstly drain the soaked water. Now in a pressure cooker add fresh water as required, peas and salt. Cook on medium heat until 2 whistle. After that switch off the heat.
  3. Take a pan, add cooking oil and let it heat, then add bay leaf, cumin seeds, asafoetida dry red chilli. Then add grated ginger, chillies, onion. Saute and stir fry until brown.
  4. Then add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt. Stir and mix well. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Then add boiled peas and mix nicely. Add warm water as needed and let it cook on low heat for 6 to7 minutes.
