Instructions to make Vermicelli Basket With Mango Rabdi:
- Heat a Pan on medium heat and add vermicelli in it. - Add Ghee in the pan and Roast it until Sevai changes Golden brown in colour. Now add Water into Roasted Sevai and mix it well for about a minute.
- Add Condensed Milk, Cardamom Powder and mix it well. Cook the vermicelli (savai) mixture for another 2 minutes.
- Take few small bowl or muffin mould put it with cling film. Set cooked sevai mixture into the mould. And keep it in freez for 2 hours.
- For Rabdi : - In a pan, add all dry ingredients and slowly add milk into it and stir well make sure there is no lumps into the mixture. Now add Malai and mango puree, and switch on the flame. Cook the rabadi mixture,on medium heat. Stir it continuously. When the mixture gets thick switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
- After 2 hours bring out the muffin mould from refrigerate and remove the basket from the mould.
- Now pour the rabadi mixture into the prepared Vermicelli basket. - Decorate it with some dry fruits and cherries. Serve it and enjoy
