  7. Take 1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper

Add the cheese and mix in until well combined. I used to be such a diligent meal planner, but lately. I also used half Parmesan and half mozzarella cheese (only had a little of both) and that works too! Wasn't sure of how much cayenne and garlic salt to add so I did about a teaspoon of each. that might have been a little much of the cayenne but still tastes great! 👌🏻.

Instructions to make Half and Half  Cheese Pasta:
  1. Boil the Pasta in enough water with salt cook till ¾ th done. Then drain and keep aside.
  2. In other non stick Pan add butter melt it, then add milk and give a boil. Reduce the flame and add the cheese (grated or slice) to the milk and cook with constant stirring till the sauce start thickening.
  3. Then add the cream to it making sure the sauce consistency is semi thick to coat the pasta. (If Cream is not there only milk can be used and cheese quantity can be increased.Or the extra milk can be reduced to 1/4 quantity and add.)
  4. Then add the pasta and cook for a 30 second. Sprinkle crushed Black Pepper
  5. Serve hot.

Cook pasta and drain per directions. Add sauce to pasta with some Parmesan cheese and enjoy. Prepare pasta according to package directions. To make your own cheesy baked pasta casserole exactly as you like it, in any amount you want, all you need to do is learn a simple ratio. I tested a bunch of different proportions, and found the one that works best is to use equal weights of dried pasta and cheese plus one and a half of that weight in.
