- Make ready 1 cup Condensed Milk

- Mix equal quantities of hung curd, condensed milk and mango puree.
- It should be smooth in texture. Now pour them in serving bowls or earthen bowls and steam for 15-20 minutes.
- Add 2-3 saffron strands on top. Take it out and refrigerate for 5-6 hours or overnight. Garnish & Serve chilled
- NOTE : You can add cardamom powder in the mix if you wish. - - To make hung curd…add thick yoghurt to a muslin cloth and hang for half an hour…excess water will be removed..you will get a nice thick curd. - - Pour the mix only 3/4 th in the bowl…because as you steam it will rise.
