  3. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours to let flavors marinate into your pork…….The ingredients will form a nice crust over your pork tenderloin as itโ€™s cooking……
  4. After marinating, bake, uncovered, for 1 hour 20 minutes, at 400 degrees….. before putting mine in the oven I let it sit outside on top of my stove for about 30 min just to take the chill out of it before baking……..
  5. Let rest, I let mine rest for about 20 min, then slice and eat ! As you can see it has a beautiful crust over the top..๐Ÿ˜‹ I used the drippings from the pork to baste the cut slices…
