Instructions to make Paneer chutney idli:
  1. In a pan heat water. When water is about to boil add salt and paneer cubes in it. Bring a boil and turn off the gas. Keep aside.
  2. After paneer cool down completely place it in a plate and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat water in idli cooker. Grease idli molds with oil and pour 1 tbsp idli batter in each mold.
  4. Now take a paneer cube, spread some mango chilli chutney on one side of paneer and tamarind chutney on other side of paneer. Place this paneer cubs in center for mold. Again pour some batter over paneer cubes gently so paneer cube is coated with idli batter but chutney is stays in it's place. Cook it for 10-15 minutes.
  5. After idli cooked completely cut it and serve hot.
