  1. Take a chana wash and soak at overnight then boil for half an hour.
  2. Take a wok put oil then add garlic saute then add onion and ginger saute then add all spices,curd snd tomato puree add till saute brown colour then add chana without water mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Take a mixing bowl put wheat flour,salt,ajwain,oil and spinach puree mix and add water mix make a dough cover for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes take a wok put oil then oil heat then take a dough punch and make a equal size balls and roll on in poori size then poories fried for both sides.
  5. Then serve Palak poori with Dry chana.
