- Mix flour, salt,oil, curd and water and make soft and thick dough
- Now heat oil and now make a small puris and keep it in heat oil and seive it in hot oil.and our pudi is ready
- Now for chhole:heat oil and add onion and now fry it golden,then add chana and salt and ginger garlic paste and fry it until oil comes out.
- Then add all spices and tomato and add water and cook it for 20min and add coriander leaves and green chilli for garnish, Now our chhole puri is ready to serve.
