  1. Boil the soaked moong daal with water & salt, pressure cook it for 20min, or give it 4-5 vissels on medium flame.
  2. In a pan, take oil add finely chopped onion to it & cook it nicely till golden brown, then add chilli, ginger & garlic paste mix well & cook it for 5min, then add chopped tomatoes & cook everything nicely till tomatoes become soft & leave juices.
  3. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, kitchen king masala & dhaniya jeera powder & mix well, then add the boiled Dal with it's water & mix well cook on slow flame for 15-20min, then add chopped coriander, switch off the gas & add lemon juice, serve with steamed rice.
