Peel and extract mango pulp from the ripe mangoes and sieve it. In a deep pan, cook mango pulp with equal quantity of water.   4. Adjust the sweetness as per your family's liking. I add burfi and condensed milk so I add the sugar accordingly.
  5. Once the Kheer gets thick and nicely cooked add kewra water and mix the mango puree and mix it well.
  6. Dish out and let it cool. Garnish with nuts and mango chunks.
  7. P.S: cook on slow flame and for a good time to give a nice color and consistency to the kheer. - Also first add 4tbsp sugar then condensed milk and burfi,if needed then add more sugar as per your taste
