Peel and extract mango pulp from the ripe mangoes and sieve it. In a deep pan, cook mango pulp with equal quantity of water. - Put milk to boil with cardamons,once boil comes add soaked rice and cook on very slow flame for at least an hour and keep stirring in between.

- Add sugar and condensed milk.
- Adjust the sweetness as per your family's liking. I add burfi and condensed milk so I add the sugar accordingly.
- Once the Kheer gets thick and nicely cooked add kewra water and mix the mango puree and mix it well.
- Dish out and let it cool. Garnish with nuts and mango chunks.
- P.S: cook on slow flame and for a good time to give a nice color and consistency to the kheer. - Also first add 4tbsp sugar then condensed milk and burfi,if needed then add more sugar as per your taste
