Steps to make Mixed flour roti:
- Into a Big plate, add in the finely chopped coriander, onions and green chilli paste. Into a mixer jar add the peanuts and grind it into a coarse powder as shown in the pic. Add all the flours and salt.
- Mix all the flours, coriander, onions and salt as shown in pic. Mix it into a chapati dough with enough amount of water.
- Take a mandarai or banana leaf and apply oil and flatten it with hands like a Roti as shown in the pic. Heat a pan and add the Roti and roast on both sides until crisp by applying oil. And it’s ready to be served. Serve it with any chutney you like.
