- Place a pot of water on stove,allow the water to boil
- Pick out dirt from the ofada,rinse it and pour into d boiling water,add salt
- Leave it uncovered till done,please do not allow the water to dry,add enough water while cooking to sieve the cooked ofada away from excess water
- Stew:rmv the pot of ofada away from stove,place your frying pan with palm oil on stove
- Allow the palm oil to b very hot till off red
- Immediately add in ur pepper and locust bean together
- Stir,till half done
- Add in your proteins,salt and maggi
- Leave it uncovered till done
- Dodo:peel the plantain, cut in anyshape of your choice,add salt nd turn it upside down till incorporate.place your frying pan with vegetable oil on stove,allow it heat den you pour in the plantain till golden brown…
- Coleslaw: mix the cabbage, carrot,diced onion,diced tomato, cucumber and cream together(u can also add any vegetable of ur choice)
- Then serve your ofada,dodo and coleslaw
