- Dip Chaap sticks in salted boiled water for 10 min.Let it get dry.Roast for 4-5 min.Then cut into pieces.Take hung curd in a bowl and mix roasted gram flour in it
- Mix Kashmiri red chilli powder,kasuri methi,pepper powder,turmeric powder,salt and oil.Mix well
- Mix everything together so that the marination sticks well with chaap chunks.
- Refrigerate it for atleast an hour.Now screw chaap chunks in scewers and place on baking tray.Keep these in a preheated oven and grill for 15 min at 200 degrees temperature.Check and turn other side and apply butter.Grill for another 10 minutes.
