Steps to make Grilled chaap:
- Take a bowl,cut soya stick in small size, we will marinated it
- Take another bowl,add hung curd,chilli, cumin, ginger garlic paste,pinch of chaat masala,tandoori masala,lemon juice,salt, chopped coriander, melted butter or mustard oil,mix it well,now add soya stick into it and marinate it for 1n hour,keep it in freeze
- You can grill it on gas stove or in microwave oven, I grill it in microwave
- Set temperature in microwave grill mode for 15 min place all marinated soya stick in grill pan and grilled both sides 15,15 min each
- Now it's ready to serve, we can garnish it with melted butter, little bit of chaat masala, chopped coriander and onion as well
