  2. Wash n Chop all the vegis and set aside
  3. In a saucepan pan add little veg. Oil saute your garlic, add ur onion allow to cook for,now add your carrot, and other vegis,add turmeric powder and curry,seasoning expect spring onion. Set aside
  4. Divide the parboiled rice into 3 batche,while u do same to the fry veggis
  5. In a saucepan, add little butter,add in your first batch of vegis, pour in parboiled rice n, allow to fry,ganish with ur spring onions.Do same to the remaining batches until finish the rice n veggie
  6. Enjoy

It has a great flavor and very versatile. Will definitely be making again soon!
