  7. When its done, the bottom will be set and the edges of the yolk will be crisp. The egg white will be fairly wet and look uncooked but it won't be loose.
  8. Remove from pan by sliding into a plate. Cut into 2 and place on top each other. Serve alongside with ur fried plantain and u can also eat with ketchup ๐Ÿ˜‹. So delicious.
