- Jab onion light brown ho jai to us ma ginger garlic paste add karein or us KO 2 min bhoon ke phir us ma chicken add kar ke light brown hone take fry karle.phir us ma sab spices add kar ke 1/2 cup water add kar ke taiz aanch Pe pani khushk hojaane take pakaen.
- Tomato KO bhi bareek bareek slice ma cut karle or jab chicken ka pani khushk ho jai to tomato add karde or tomato KO melt hone take phir chicken or tomato KO achi tarah mix karle ke tomato Mota Mota nazar na eye.
- Phir us ma dahi KO achi tarah phaint ke Dale or us KO 5 to 10 min pakaen phir us ma Thora sa pani daal ke 15 min pakaen.
- Green chilli KO slice ma cut karle.
- Jab chicken gal jai or pani khushk ho jai to us ma methi,adrak or green chilli add kar ke 5 min dam Pe rakhde us ke baad flame off karde.
- Mazedaar kata kat tayyar….
