- In a large bowl. Take two ripe banana. Mash with masher.
- Add wheat flour, sugar,cardamom powder,baking powder, salt,grated fresh coconut and little oil. Mix well. There will be no lumps on it.
- Make just like pakora batter. Not so thick and not so thin.
- Heat non stick pan. Apply little oil. Add the one spoonful batter on it. This is shallow fry. Fry till it becomes golden brown from both the sides
- Once it is done. Transfer to a serving beautiful plate. Immediately serve hot..Sweet Banana Pakora / Kolar Bora.
