  1. Take 300 gram salmon fillet with skin on
  2. Get Marinated ingredients :
  3. Take 2 tbs soy sauce
  4. Get 1 tbs dijon mustard
  5. Make ready 1 tsp lemon juice
  6. Get 3 tbs honey
  7. Prepare 1 tbs melted butter
  8. Get 1 tbs brown sugar
