  1. All vegetables are cut in to small pieces.
  2. Rice is washed and mixed with turmeric, salt, sugar and ghee.
  3. Oil and ghee are heated in a handi and whole garam masala is added.
  4. Add all vegetables, rice and mix for a few minutes.
  5. 3 cup water and 1 cup milk is poured in the handi and the rice is cooked.
  6. After 20 minutes the rice is cooked. Put the cooked rice and quail eggs in layers and sprinkle garam masala, cook again for another 5 minutes
  7. Biryani is ready to serve, enjoy with family.
