- When 75%milk will reduced and absorbed, add sugar in it and stir it carefully. Then add all the dry fruits. Stir the halwa carefully till it become thicken and some ghee being released from the sides.
- Add one drop green colour (optional), cardamom powder, mix well. Switch off the flame. Garnish with some chopped dry fruits. - Serve it hot.
Usually I don't buy this Since this is halwa, it's not going to affect the end product's look. If it is kheer, then it may not look good. If you want to avoid this, you can use.
