- Sprinkle cheese over omelette (reserve a little bit for top of omelette). Sprinkle bacon over cheese (reserve a little bit for top of omelette). Place 4 slices of avocado over bacon on one side of omelette. Fold in half. Slide onto plate.
- Top omelette with a sprinkle of bacon & cheese. Place 3 slices of avocado on top. Serve & enjoy!
