- Preheat the oven at 220 degrees.once hot, reduce the heat to 180 degrees and place the fish in the oven for 10mins
- As its cooking…place a pot on fire…add the 120g butter…let it melt.
- Add the lemon juice…keep stir until the sauce is consistent and the butter and lemon has mixed in very well.simmer for 5mins n remove
- Remove the fish from the oven, arrange in the serving bowl, pour in the lemon butter sauce..
- Garnish with the chopped parsley
