  1. For kofta, take a bowl and mix rice and potato well. Then add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt into it. Now make a ball and make a hole. Put malai into the hole and seal it properly. Now deep fry on medium flame. Keep aside.
  2. For gravy, make onion and tomato puree. Take a pan to heat and add oil. Add cinnamon and clove and saute till aroma comes. Now add onion puree. Saute for 4-5 minutes. Add tomato puree. Saute till oil comes out. Add turmeric, red chilli, kitchen king, Punjabi gravy masala, salt, sugar, kasuri methi. Saute for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas flame and add malai.
  3. Take a serving bowl,put kofta and Pour gravy into it. Serve with paratha, papad, onion and lemon.
