  4. Once ham and onions are done add spinich, mix well and set aside.
  5. Put eggs, cream, salt, pepper and garlic in medium bowl and whisk until well blended.
  6. Pour ham, onions and spinich into prepared pie crust.
  7. Sprinkle cheese over ham, spinich and cheese.
  8. Pour egg mixture over everything. Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes.
  9. Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.
