  19. Take 6 Green cardamoms –
  20. Prepare Black pepper – 12 tp 15
  21. Take Dry ginger – 1″ piec
  22. Get 6 pieces Mace –
  23. Get Nutmeg – 1/2 ” piece
  24. Make ready 1 tbsp Coriander powder –
  25. Get 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder –
  26. Prepare Add all above ingredients in grinder
  27. Get Nihari masala is ready

It is prepared with either beef, camel or mutton whichever you like.   6. When nihari is done, garnish with fresh coriander, ginger flakes and green chilies. - Serve with ginger flakes, lemon slices and naan.
