Instructions to make Dal and puri:
  1. Method for puri: Mix all the above ingredients and knead the dough, keep covered. - Make the dough little hard.

  6. Now in one bowl mix red chilli amchur and dhaniya powder and sprinkle this all over the dal.
  7. Now heat oil in a small kadhai then add cumin seeds when it starts spluttering add this over the dal.
  8. Serve with chopped onion.
  9. Garnish with coriander and serve with hot puris.
