- In a bowl add sorghum, flax and Soyabean flour, salt and grated lauki

- Divide into 8 equal balls.
- Using dry flour, make round discs out of the dough balls. Grease your palm with oil if required.
- Roast on both sides on a skillet.
- Immediately keep the roti directly over the flame. The roti will fluff. Remove from flame. Make all the rotis is same manner.
- Rotis are ready use them as wraps or enjoy with your favourite curries or chutney. (I applied some ghee/clarified butter on top of rotis)
- Drizzle some clarified butter on top of each roti and serve immediately.
