- Wash both whole white urad / Dal and yellow moong dal 4-5 times in water. Soak them separately for 6 hours. First grind urad/dal then add moong dal in wet grinder to smooth batter. Add green chillies ginger paste, salt to taste and mix well for 5 mins to make it fluffy.
- Heat oil in kadhai. Drop medium size ball from prepare batter in hot oil. Deep fry on medium flame till light brown in colour.
- Dissolved 1 tsp black salt in water. Soak fried wadas in salty water.
- Squeeze wadas lightly.
- Arrange wadas in plate. Pour beaten curd on it.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder and cumin powder on it
- Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves. Serve/ Relish Delicious Angoori Dahi Wada.
- For making curd-Boil milk dissolved sugar in it. Cool it. Add/ 1/2 tsp curd. Let it set for 8 hours. Churn it and chill before using.
