Instructions to make Paal Kozhukattai:
  1. In a pan, add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water and bring them to a boil.
  2. Add the Rice flour and salt. Keep stirring until smooth and lump free dough is formed.
  3. Add few drops of coconut oil and let it cool.
  4. Once it cools down completely, Grease your hands and make small doughs from the prepared dough.
  5. Heat a pan, add the remaining milk and bring it to boil.
  6. Add all the prepared small doughs into the boiling milk.
  7. The dough will float on the top, once they get cooked.
  8. Add the sugar and cook for 3minutes.
  9. Finally add the crushed cardamoms, coconut milk and turn off the stove.
  10. Serve hot or cold as a dessert.
