Make a big chapati and cut it into small circles with the help of a glass or small Katori. Put a tip of water on four sides of poori and gently press the four sides together
- Now make daal by giving a tadka of ghee jeera, thing, dry red chilli and put onion and garlic and saute, when pink add tomato and let it melt. Now add dal and all masala. when dal comes to a boil add your dulhanias in it and cook until it comes up on the surface of daal.
