- In a pan put d oil of one sardines tin,break ur egg to it and chop ur Scotch bonnet n onions den add onga cube and stir fry den lately u Marsh d sardines to it and stir for 2minutes
- Pick one sliced bread rub butter to it keep aside and den u pick another sliced and put d filling and cover with d butter rubbed sliced and place in a toaster..cover and allow it to toast den u follow the same process until ol done
- Cut each one into two halfs and serve
