  2. In a mixer jar, powder oats and almonds finely. I have taken double quantity for other use too.
  3. Keep the sauces and spread ready, mix some water if they look very thick.
  4. Grease pizza tray. I have used one 10 inch tray and two 9 inch pizza pan.
  5. In a bowl take flour make a well in the centre add salt, honey, oil, yeast and herbs. Pourluke warm water in the centre and mix well. Knead a soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes until it is smooth.
  6. Oats, almonds and whole wheat flour contains lot of roughage so it may absorb more liquid so add accordingly. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
  7. After 39 minutes tou will see the dough has risen
  8. Divide dough in three part and roll over a greased surface.
  9. Smooth on top.
  10. At this point preheat oven @200°c
  11. Spread like a disc with the help of palms and place over the tray.
  12. Spread sauce and spread. Arrange veggies generously. Sprinkle cheese and sprinkle seasonings. Place in the oven and bake till side brown and cheese melts. Approximately 10-15 minutes
