Steps to make Sandwich:
- Grate ur onion, scotch bonnet and garlic and set aside, in a pan add in lil oil and fry the pepper mix, then add a can of sardine and fry, add in seasoning and spices and fry for 2 minutes or so. Off the heat and set aside to cool.
- Pour the sardines mixture in a bowl then pour the scrambled eggs in it and mix, add in mayonnaise and ketchup and mix again until it's well combined.
- Get 3 slices of bread, spread the mixture in each slice and cover with the other slice, making 3 layers. Then spread butter on the slices and cut diagonally, and heat on a pan, repeat process with the rest and enjoy!
