- To the above add cashew paste & water and allow it to cook for 2-3 mins,
- Now add chopped ginger, green chillies, salt & sugar and shimmer tills the curry becomes to thicken.
- Add paneer cubes and cook it for 2-3 mins till it becomes soft.
- Add garam masala & kasuri methi, stir and leave it for 2-3 mins.
- Garnish it with coriander leafs.
