- After 15 minute..heat a presser cooker Add 1 tablespoon ghee add cumin seeds cloves,black pepper and hing wait until the colour change (golden)
- Add daliya & dal or carrot and Lauki or veg like potato, spinach etc.add water cook 3 to 4 whistles.
- Stir well when the pressure goes off.
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder, Add tomato, green chilli, grated ginger mix proper Add some water and salt.
- Cook 5 to 8 mints.
- Garnish coriander leaves and lemon juice and serve.
- Note– (Add many more vegetables you like it depends on your choice)
