- Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder then sieve 3 times.
- Take a pan add butter and sugar mix well.
- Then add flour, candy powder, chopped paan leaves, milk, tutti frutti, paan bahar, vanilla essence. Mix lump free paste.
- Grease the mould with refined oil and dusting the maida on mould.
- Pour the batter in the mould.
- Bake the cake 45 minutes in the cooker or till cake is done.
- Grind rabri and gulkand together and keep it aside.
- Take whipped cream add green colour, paan bahar and candy powder.
- Cake divided into three parts equally.
- Take one piece of cake and spread the mixture of gulkand rabri on it.
- In another piece spread whipped cream you prepared.
- Spread the whipped cream all over the cake from all sides.
- Then refrigerate for an hour.
- After an hour remove from refrigerator. garnish it with sweet sound, sweet paan.
- Shahenshai rabri paan is ready to serve.
