  1. Take a bowl, add maida, rice flour, sugar, 2 cup milk, egg, mashed betel leaf & mix it well to make a medium consistency batter. Then add green food colour in the mixture & mix it well.
  2. Heat a pan in the gas, grease oil in the pan, take 1 table spoon of green batter, spread it in the pan & fry both sides properly. Make all the Pethas with the batter in this process.
  3. After the Pethas are fried, fold the pethas in the shape of cone & wrap them using foil paper in the conical part so that the Pethas do no lose the cone shape.
  4. For the stuffing, take a pan in the gas, add the thick milk in it, after first boil, add the Pilau rice paste & stir for around 10 minutes. Then add grated khoya, cashew nut paste, sugar, saffron (soaked in milk) & mix them well. When the mixture gets thick, take this mixture off from the gas.
  5. Cool the stuffing & then stuff them in tha Paan shaped Pethas, top them with nuts & cherries & your delicious Paan Khili Pethas are ready to serve!
