  1. Take a non-stick pan heat ghee and add bay leaf along with cumin seed and garam masala and allow it to crackel
  2. Now add garlic and chilli soute it
  3. Add fresh turmeric and ginger in it and mix well cook it for 10 minutes on low to medium flame stir continuously
  4. Add green peas, coliflower and carrot with salt mix well cover with a lid and allow it cook for 10- 15 minutes
  5. Open the lid and add chilli powder and coriander powder mix it and cook for more 2 minutes
  6. Now put curd in it and mix gently cover the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes
  7. Add tomatoes in it cook for more 5-7 minutes
  8. Add paneer in it allow it to cook for 5 minutes more
  9. Your delicious haldi ki sabji is ready to it
  10. Serve hot with fulka, naan or any other Indian bread.
