- In the same pan boil the milk with 3-4 pods of whole cardamoms in it and keep stirring on a medium low flame so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Now when the milk is reduced into half of the quantity add rice & give it a good mix.
- When the rice is almost done add sugar & mix everything together.
- Once the rice looks mushy & the texture of the milk is thick & creamy,add saffron strands & turned of the flame then sprinkle cardamom powder on the top.
- Cool it down totally & garnish it with dry fruits & serve.
