- First mix all dal…add 5 * water in cooker and add turmeric and salt boil it nicely…
- Now in a tadka pan will add first desi ghee….than mustard seeds,cumin seeds,green chilli,curry leaves,nicely chopped ginger garlic(we can add ginger garlic paste also)
- Will add now Chopped onion,nicely chopped tomato,once tomato will start leaving juice….will add salt for tadka and red chilli(if required).
- Now we will add our boiled dal over tadka….mix it nicely and at last add green Coriander and garam masala……
- Our yummy and super tasty dal restaurent style is ready😋…..we can eat with rice or chapati as well.
