- For rasmalai :In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese with sugar and cardamom powder, Mix all of the ingredients really well.
- Transfer the ricotta cheese mixture into the muffins cups. Now bake it at 200 degrees for 25 mins.
- It will brown up in the sides and when you insert a toothpick it should be come out clean. Let them cool completely, before removing from the muffins cups.
- Now place them in a dessert bowl. Now pour the cool milk(rabdi) in the dessert bowl over ricotta pieces. Garnish with chopped almonds and saffron.
- Serve it chilled.
