- Firstly wash and soak both Dals for 1 hour and then in a cooker put dals, 1/2 tsp haldi and salt, bring it for 2 whistles and keep it aside.
- For Puri, put in big vessel/thal, put aata, pepper powder, salt and oil, knead the dough and keep it covered with muslin cloth for few minutes. In Kadai add oil when heated put it in a medium flame and fry each of the puri from both sides, till it's done.
- Lastly garnish dals by putting spices (dhania powder, Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp amchur powder, Jeera powder and kali mirch powder)and give tadkaa of oil.
- It's ready to serve.
