Steps to make PAAL PAYASAM/SUNDAL/VELAPAYAR:
  1. First to make Paal Payasam👉Wash the rice and add it to a pressure cooker. Add the milk and sugar. Mix well and at the first boil, lower the flame and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Switch off and keep aside to cool. Open and cook for two more minutes and Done ! Paal payasam is ready.
  2. For Sundal👉Soak the Kala Chana overnight. Next day presurre cook for 5-6 whistles. Heat a pan with oil. Splutter mustard, urad dal, curry leaves, green chilli and ginger. Saute for two minutes. Drain and the boiled kala chana. Mix well and add grated coconut. Done !
  3. For Red Cow Pea Sweet👉Wash and soak the red cow peas for an hour. Pressure cook the peas for 5-6 whistles. It should be well cooked, but not mushy. Now drain and add the cow peas to another pan with jaggery syrup and cook until everything comes together and forms to a thick consistency. Done !
  4. In one hour you're ready with three prashad or bhog. Easy to make and delicious recipe with in minutes 🥰
